What you’ll need: A blender – otherwise you don’t have to continue reading.
Chunks of a local/safe/’meaty’ fish (I recommend already skinned/gutted – except you’ve been a student at Glion Hotel School!). The amount depends, of course, on the amount of people you’re delighting with this.
Marinade for the fish:
1-2 limes or lemons juiced
0-2 cloves on garlic (you know my opinion on this)
[if you go for the garlic: get Chlorophyll tablets!]
2 hot chili peppers or 1 jalapeños or simply chili flakes
1 tbs cumin (again totally depends if you’re a fan)
1 tbs herb salt (nix Aromat my dear Swiss friends)
-> put everything in the blender & let the fish swim in it for some time
Corn tortillas (small soft ones)
I know it doesn’t make sense, as the recipes is called “Tacos”…yet see it with some Hawaiian relaxed attitude…if troubles persist – eat first & then check again how you feel about it. Thinly sliced Napa cabbage Sprouts
Option 1 – buy it
Option 2 – make it yourself while you are frying the fish
-> put following in blender: tomatoes, avocado, onions, lime juice, more garlic, cilantro, opt.: papaya & more chili
Note: I’m sure that by now I’ve convinced you that Chlorophyll tablets are essential & only prepare this for a date if you’re a) not intending to kiss b) immune to the odors c) already madly in love…
Well, easy – just fry the fish (you’ll manage – even if you haven’t gone through hotel school) after it had been sitting in the marinade for an hour.
Heat the tortillas in the oven, pan or (heaven forbid) the microwave – wrap them in a kitchen towel & put them on a warm plate, or have them in a warm glass bowl lined with kitchen towel and put a lid on it.
Toppings in small bowls, fish and tortillas on the table – Done.
p.s. I’ve actually been introduced to Fish Tacos by my friend Katy. I remember it very well, as we took the “whole lime” in the Salsa very literate & put the whole thing into the blender…there was a lot of peel going on there 🙂 🙂 🙂
The image above is from one of the famous Fish Taco Food Trucks – it was an excellent lunch incl. the company (you might have guessed…it was this guy).
You are becoming aware of your patterns, way of working, motivations and beliefs. Also, you will learn how to work with emotions productively, rather than be run by them. You become and stay productive on all levels (physical, emotional, intellectual) in any given situation.
Fact is that people in transition are at risk being not their most productive self. A transition might be a change of career, setting up a business, taking on a new role etc. With it comes uncertainty and fears. Fear in a person can result in the most unproductive behavior for the business and themselves.
I support people in a transition, not because I think they cannot make it themselves. I work with them, because I believe they will make it through faster, more successful and even have some fun. Humans operating at maximum productivity live in a state of personal confidence, contentment and motivation.
Combined with the structural element of a solid administration it is a major key to business success. It ensures operational efficiency, which leaves time to focus on business development.

“You are the captain on your ship deciding on the route and destination. I am the navigator next to you holding the map.”
I believe that everybody deserves to know how to change and help themselves.
I have had the chance to work with incredibly successful companies and people around the world. It has always fascinated me to analyse what ‘made’ them. Here are the two pillars it always came down to:
1) Understanding and capitalizing on the human potential. Leaders in these organizations create and nurture a culture that resonates with employees. They successfully identify and hire people that fit a certain role from a skill set, characteristics and way of working point of view. Everyone in the organization is conscious of working according to their beliefs and values while reaching common goals and share the overall vision.
2) Creating an administrative infrastructure. It includes a code of conduct, standards, procedures and processes. Capturing these in an user-friendly format and keep them updated. It means a focus on communication, training, implementation/transition periods and review them with team members.
If you think about it, it’s logical. It means when the human side is not delivering (out of whatever reason), you actually have a back-up. I’ve seen over the years, start-ups, teams, projects, initiatives not working out, because one or the other pillar were not sufficiently in place.
Professionals and entrepreneurs like yourself need a way to harness fabulous ideas, exceptional education, a variety of skills and talents. To become great leaders, to build a productive team or to create efficient and adequate standards and procedures.
I want you, your team, your business to succeed; I will help you become a person or an organization in sync with values and beliefs. Being part of your journey fulfills my own personal vision and mission. And of course, it’s what gets me into flow state: It’s fun and I love it. For me, there is nothing more motivating than helping others identify and achieve their state of productivity and success.
